The JP Series is based on the popular Music Man John Petrucci signature model that was released in the year 2000. The JP Series 7-string comes in two different versions, the JP70 and the JP170D. Both models have a basswood body and maple neck with a rosewood fingerboard. The JP170D has a quilted maple top and comes with a set of Dimarzio LiquiFire and CrunchLab pickups.
