Tekton

Tekton - Four models. One Family.

Built from listening sessions with PRS artists, the Tekton answers exactly what technically discerning players have been asking for: thinner necks, longer scale, flatter fretboard, stainless frets, and pickups that work as hard through a digital rig as through a tube amp.

Every Tekton is built around the thinnest neck and body PRS has ever made, a Modern "D" profile reinforced with Hormigo strength rods for stability and resonance. The 25.5" scale (26.5" on the SVN) and a flat 16" radius deliver fast, precise, low action with bends that never choke out. Stainless steel jumbo frets complete the picture: glassy, effortless, and built to last.

Figured mango tops and a bold new colour palette round out a look players simply won't find anywhere else on the wall. At the heart of each instrument sit the proprietary PRS Stylus pickups: purpose-built for this family, Alnico 5, deliberately lower output than most high-gain pickups, voiced for aggressive clarity that never turns muddy. Every position is usable, whether you're splitting coils, playing clean, pushing hard gain, or running a modeller. A push/pull tone control and a 3-way blade put the full palette at your fingertips.

Four models cover the full modern player: hardtail, two-point trem, Floyd Rose, and seven-string, so there is a right tool for every stage, every studio, every style. This is the guitar that moves with you.
