Built for clarity and punch, with a midrange character reminiscent of Rex’s original Spectors, the Rex Brown Signature Bass is an instrument built for the mainstage.

A flame maple top delivers the classic Spector tonal character, while the empresswood back lightens the weight for long gigs. The 3-piece maple neck and Indian rosewood fingerboard add stability and warmth, featuring Rex’s signature neck profile.

Loaded with EMG PJ-X pickups and Spector’s TonePump active preamp, this bass delivers a responsive, articulate voice with strong low-end presence and a distinct midrange character. An easily accessible rear trimpot lets you fine-tune your output level.
